Mission:
LD Communications uses life story recordings, life cycle workshops and biography seminars to foster personal growth and sharing through a better understanding of the different phases, cycles and rhythms of life.

Vision:
When you discover threads of meaning that metamorphose and reappear through the various stages of your life, depth and order come into a world that otherwise may seem random and chaotic. Insight brings strength to tackle life’s challenges with renewed vigour. LD Communications strives to be a catalyst for positive, personal growth.

Dorothea Sonstenes:
started adult life highly educated in the fields of French and German literature and translation (M. A.). Her lifelong interest in the mysteries of biographical cycles and rhythms has shaped her inspired approach to personal growth. She has taught, tutored, interviewed, written, edited and translated in Europe and North America.

Leif Sonstenes:
studied mathematics, marketing, and public relations. He is interested in all deeper aspects of people, language, and technology as they relate to communication, personal growth, and globalization. He has worked in the international language and technology business since 1989.

Leif und Dorothea Sonstenes have been married since 1978, have three adult children and have been living in Germany since 2006.
